Het App Store blijft voor de meeste gebruikers het standaard openbare pad. Direct build is een alternatief installatiepad voor geavanceerde workflows waarvoor mogelijk een bredere macOS-toegang vereist is. Het is tegenwoordig geen aparte webkassa.

De twee distributiepaden worden bewust niet als gelijkwaardige winkelpuien gepresenteerd. Eén daarvan is het belangrijkste openbare handelspad; de andere is een build met geavanceerde toegang.

App Store

  • Standaard installatiepad voor de meeste gebruikers.
  • Actuele openbare prijzen en aankoopstromen zijn hier live te zien.
  • Beste standaardkeuze als u niet specifiek bredere opschoontoegang nodig heeft.

Direct build

  • Alternatief installatiepad voor geavanceerde opschonings- en verwijderingsworkflows.
  • Het downloaden wordt afgehandeld door de site, maar betaalde ontgrendeling gebeurt niet op de site.
  • Als je StorageRadar al hebt gekocht op de App Store, kun je Direct zonder extra kosten ontgrendelen in de app.

How Direct unlock works today

Unlock starts from the Mac App Store build on the same Mac. The site only distributes the DMG and explains the current flow.

Buy StorageRadar on the App Store if you do not already own it

Today, the App Store remains the primary public commerce path. The Direct build is not a separate web checkout yet.

Open the Mac App Store build and get a Direct license key

In the App Store version, choose Settings > Purchases > Get Direct License Key. StorageRadar uses your App Store purchase on this Mac to request a Direct license from the backend and copies the key to your clipboard.

Install the Direct build and activate the copied key

Open the Direct build on this Mac, choose Paste Key -> Activate License Key, and use the key generated by the App Store build.

Use the Direct build with broader access

After activation succeeds, the Direct build unlocks on this Mac for advanced cleanup workflows that need broader macOS access.

  • Er wordt niet gevraagd om in te loggen op de website.
  • Het verifieert uw Apple-aankoop niet vanuit de browser.
  • Het biedt momenteel geen aparte directe web-checkout.
  • Het vervangt App Store nog niet als het primaire openbare handelspad.

If you already bought StorageRadar on the App Store, use the App Store build first: Settings > Purchases > Get Direct License Key. Then open the Direct build on this Mac and use Paste Key -> Activate License Key.
